About Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad Inc.

Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad Inc. (Ndinawe) is an Indigenous-led, not-for-profit organization grounded in relationships, responsibility, and caring for one another using a kinship model of care. Since 1993, Ndinawe, Our Relatives Home, has walked alongside our relatives, supporting their wellbeing, safety, and growth through culturally rooted programs and services for young people ages 11 to 24. Traditional ways of knowing and being guide all interactions and supports.

Ndinawe is open every day of the year, offering a consistent place of safety, belonging, and connection. We recognize that youth are most vulnerable when they have nowhere safe to turn, and we hold responsibility for being present during those moments. Our programs and supports focus on harm reduction, crisis response, learning, and stabilization for youth experiencing homelessness, exploitation, family and placement disruptions, mental health challenges, and more.

We strive to strengthen our relatives’ voices, reduce isolation, and create spaces where young people feel seen, valued, and supported. Our team works in a relational way—supporting one another with humility, accountability, and shared care.

Our long-standing commitment to culturally grounded, community-based practice reflects our responsibility to the next generations. Together, we continue to build a path toward healing, connection, and a stronger future for Indigenous youth and our wider community.
